Ka Mate: The Exhibition is an immersive, interactive, multimedia experience that gives visitors the opportunity to learn and perform the famous haka.  Audio-visual and graphic panels explain Ka Mate’s significance to New Zealand and answers questions of its history, meaning and ownership.

The exhibition was installed in Te Papa’s central Wellington Foyer during the Rugby World Cup in September and October 2011.

This exhibition is the last concept design Dean created before leaving Story inc to form Design strategies.
